About us
Established in 1985, the Ajit Akhara provides training to the highest standard, and is one of the leaders in this martial arts community proudly offering the West London area weekly classes.
We strive to take martial arts back to its roots as both a physical and spiritual art form that represents a harmonious way of life.
We combine traditional Khalsa values and fundamentals with modern training and teaching techniques where appropriate thereby bridging the gap between traditional styles and modern effective fighting forms as well as the exhibitionist art form.

Meet the team
All of our Instructors are Insured and have had enhanced DBS checks. An enhanced DBS check for a martial arts instructor is a crucial measure to ensure the public, particularly children and vulnerable adults, are able to enjoy learning safely whilst we follow appropriate Safe Guarding guidance.
